For booking Loren Weisman to speak at an event. Covers the event details, compensation, liability, cancellations, recording and the entire agreement.

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

For information exchanged in both directions while exploring or carrying out work. Three year term that renews yearly unless either side gives notice, with confidentiality and non-use surviving five years after it ends and longer for a trade secret. Covers recording, artificial intelligence, session materials and voice or likeness cloning.

Participant Confidentiality Undertaking

The short undertaking each participant signs when a session includes people who are not attending for either party. Required by Section 7.3 of the agreement above. Not needed for a one to one call or a call with your own staff.

Speaker Referral Agreement

For anyone in a position to refer, book or organize a speaking event. 50% NET on each successful referral, paid within 48 hours of the booking being paid.

Where a signed agreement covers an engagement, that agreement controls and the terms above fill the gaps. Where a policy on this site and an agreement conflict, the agreement controls for that engagement. Every page carries an effective date, and every PDF states the page it came from and that the published page is the version that controls.
