This Acceptable Use Policy sets the standards for accessing and using lorenweisman.com and anything offered through it. By using the website, you agree to these standards. It works alongside the Terms and Conditions, and where the two overlap, the Terms control.

3. Standards for Anything You Send

The website does not currently accept public comments, reviews, or other posted submissions. Where you send material to us through a contact form, a podcast guest form, or by email, that material must:

  • Be accurate where it states facts.
  • Represent opinions you genuinely hold.
  • Comply with the law in Florida and in the United States, and in the country you send it from.

Material you send must not:

  • Contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory content.

  • Falsely suggest that it came from, or was endorsed by, the owner of this website.

You grant us a limited, royalty free license to read that material and respond to it. Material you send is not published without your separate written permission.

Accounts that breach this policy may be disabled.
