18. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first write to speaking@lorenweisman.com with a clear description of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking, and to allow thirty (30) days to respond and work the matter out informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or from bringing a claim in small claims court.
