What these talks are, and are not
These talks share actionable strategies and do not focus on empty motivation, hype or inspiration. Loren is not a motivational speaker, and he is not an inspirational speaker. While some stories are used and the information can motivate, the foundation of every talk is based on intelligence, strategy, information and education.
There are no preset PowerPoints or presentations that are locked in stone, ever. These talks move, breathe and adjust according to the audience, the questions and the direction that is taken.
Loren ensures that the opinions are clearly defined as opinions, while facts are backed up with vetted sources, proof and substantiated evidence.
These talks are intended for the audience to take action for themselves. They are not a lead generator, a call to action or a funnel to work with Loren. The talks are focused on the tactics to apply, not an expanded call to action.
He only accepts engagements where he is sure he can lend authenticity and authority to the conversation, and he will recommend someone else for a topic he is not completely clear on.
What Loren Weisman speaks on
Brand communications, messaging and optics, across five bodies of work.
- Business communication. Inside an organization and outside it, with compliance, liability and crisis.
- Authors and creatives. Publishing, authorship, artists and creative careers.
- Capital and vetting. Raising it, reviewing it, and checking who is behind it.
- AI and authenticity. Authorship, disclosure, and generated against written.
- High conflict communication. Contested narratives, keeping a record, and holding a position.
Every talk is tailored to the level of understanding of an audience along with the size of the audience, ranging from small board rooms to full capacity convention centers. The aim is to always create and execute an engaging, educating and beneficial experience for each audience in a personalized fashion.
The question underneath many of these talks is one audiences are living with now. When you take advice, are you listening to a person with real experience and authority, or to a prompt, or to a profile built to look professional? I share how I tell the difference, where my information comes from, and how a room can decide for itself.

Talks on AI and authenticity
He is not against the technology. The position he takes is that there is use that is disclosed and use that is hidden, and the difference between them is whether the reader is told who made what. His statement on how he uses artificial intelligence has been on his site since 2023, and it names what he permits and what he prohibits rather than speaking in general terms.
Authorship, disclosure and the line
- A two minute prompt does not make anyone an author. Where is the line between using artificial intelligence as a tool and using it to fake authority?
- What should a business disclose about its use of artificial intelligence, and what happens when it does not?
- Why should a company publish a statement on how it uses artificial intelligence, and what does it cost them not to?
- Would you tell your daughter, your son or someone you look up to exactly how you made your work? Why is that the test?
Telling an authentic voice from a generated one
- What are the words and phrases that mark a passage as generated rather than written?
- How do you tell an authentic voice from a generated one when both are grammatically clean?
- What are the red flags when someone had almost nothing online and suddenly has five books, daily blogs and a set of courses inside a few months?
- What is the difference between a book and an advertisement with chapters?
- What is the prompting culture doing to original work, and where does it cross into plagiarism?
Current angles that sit inside this work, including the federal rule on fake reviews and testimonials, what an author or a publisher has to disclose, and digital replicas of a voice or a likeness, are on the AI and authenticity sheet, alongside his statement on how he uses artificial intelligence.

Recording, cancellation and the terms
One contract covering the event, the compensation and the terms, published in full before anyone signs anything. Speaking is worldwide, in person or virtual. A cancellation rebooks at no penalty if a new date is set within 12 months. The contract is governed by Florida law.
Under the Public Speaking Services Contract, no speech is recorded, reproduced, or transmitted from the place of speech unless there is a specific written amendment to that contract, initialed by the Speaker, permitting it. Raise recording early and it can be arranged in writing.
Unless the Booking Party books and pays for travel and lodging directly, the Speaker books and invoices at cost. Air travel is economy class on flights under four hours. Lodging is a single room at or adjacent to the venue. Receipted expenses are submitted within thirty days of the event and reimbursed within thirty days of receipt.
The public speaking services contract is written out in full on its own page with its PDF, and a mutual non-disclosure agreement is available before anything confidential is shared in either direction. Nothing is behind a form.
