Quincy the Questioning Quail eats quesadillas in Queen Creek, Arizona. Unique the Understanding Unicorn eats udon in Urbandale, Iowa. By the time Zeebee the Zealous Zebra is making funny shapes at a pottery wheel in Zanesville, Ohio, the trip has gone from A to Z across America.
On every page, the name, the animal, the food and the city all start with that page’s letter, and a big watercolor letter sits behind the words. Real places are named only at the back, as a where to go guide. The book is dedicated “To Creative Dads and Daughters everywhere.”

Every picture in the book hides its own letter: the A is hiding in Arnie’s picture, the B in Bertram’s, and so on all the way to Z.
