Dadau Graphics, Dadau Playlist, Dadau Audios and Dadau Videos. Four things I send my daughter: a graphic every day since 18 November 2023, a video every week since 17 June 2024, an audio every week since 18 June 2024, and a song every day since 4 May 2026. A Graphic Every Day
The first one was made on 18 November 2023, the day I had to fly and leave my daughter for an undefined period of time. I made it in the airport, right after I said goodbye to her. I have made one every day since. Over 1000 at this point and new ones come every day.
Some are funny. Some are riddles and puzzles and jokes. Some are pictures of where I was that day. Some are the ones where I was trying to tell her something and wanted it written down where she could find it again.
Dadau Graphics holds the run as mosaics, a short video and some of the content from the graphics.
A Song Every Day
I have sent my daughter a song every day since 4 May 2026. Sometimes it is for a story or a theme. Sometimes I am sending songs I love or songs that I think of that I want to share. They are collected in one playlist so she can open them any time.

An Audio Every Week
I send my daughter an audio every week. Once a week I want her to know she can listen to something with my voice, or go back and listen when she wants to, if she chooses to. The first episode went up on 18 June 2024. They are collected in one podcast on Spotify, the Daddy Daughter Audios Podcast.
Some are memories, like the morning she was born, our Christmas visits and a drumming memory in Minneapolis. Some are ideas, for her birthday party, for our next visit and for falling asleep. Some are about how to carry yourself, like standing your ground, making your word your bond and staying curious.

A Video Every Week
Since 17 June 2024, I have sent my daughter a video every week, so she can both hear me and see me for a moment when she wants to see me, as I share words, thoughts and feelings with her. I started them while I was away from her. I am back and closer now, and the videos still go to her every week.

What is Dadau?

Who makes them?
I do. I make every one myself, on the day it goes out. The majority of the words are mine. I also share some thoughts and quotes from other people. Nothing is automated, nothing is written for me, they are from me, for her and created by me always.

Do they still go out?

Her name is across the top of every one. On these pages it is covered with the letter O. Nothing else on the graphic is changed.
