Examples of the documentation I send before we get started.


I like for clients to feel safe and secure since a lot has to be shared in order to work on the communications, messaging and optics of a business, brand, person or product. These documents protect potential clients while at the same time hold both parties accountable. Which I believe is that way it should be and the way I like to work.


Smaller Invoices will receive just the invoice document with a summary of the work on the invoice it self.


Larger projects will include an:
Invoice (INV)
Statement of Work (SOW)
Strategic Services Agreement (SSA) 
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) 
and in cases where a discount, time being gifted or sponsored, this last document will be added…
Gratuitous Services Agreement (GSA)


The Invoice
INV
Pretty self explanatory.
This Invoice includes an array of options on how to pay.


Statement of Work 
SOW
The outline of the work that will be doing together.
If we are doing a discovery… this will be included in the SOW


Strategic Services Agreement
SSA
This outlines my responsibilities as well as your responsibilities for a project.
This includes a statement confirming your full ownership of what is created together
as well as some other protective measures to ensure your safety and security.


Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
NDA
This NDA brings another level of protection in what is shared for both parties. The more honest, transparent and true you can be with me, in turn allows me to help in the most effective ways for you.


Gratuitous Services Agreement
GSA
A clarification agreement stated that anything done in a reduced, discounted, gifted or free form belongs to you.
It is a clear documentation of the discount or gift for clarity and transparency.
